Haymon indulgence programme

A good, extensive breakfast forms the perfect basis for being able to start an active day in the Olympic region feeling strengthened. At our extensive breakfast buffet you will find a fine selection of spreads, breakfast jams, fruit, sausage, cheese and even much more in order to be able to start the day feeling fit. Enjoy individually prepared egg dishes fresh from the pan. The homemade and self-smoked bacon is a veritable speciality at the breakfast buffet. Try it!

Your culinary journey continues via a sweet buffet of cakes in the afternoon, which invites guests to feast daily from 4 – 5 pm. And where can homemade cakes be savoured more pleasantly than in our cosy fireplace bar during a chat about the previously experienced hikes and activities?

To accompany an aperitif in our bar we will gladly serve you our legendary homemade potato crisps – but beware: there is a risk of addiction!

After an exciting day you deserve a festive dinner. You can already choose your desired menu in the morning, whereby we will gladly address your special requests, and you will be enchanted by our daily 4-course culinary menu recommendation with choice of main course. Our chef Andreas will consider your requests with pleasure: lactose-free, gluten-free of vegetarian dishes will naturally be prepared especially for you. Some guests even enjoy their self-picked mushrooms for dinner…

Our chef Andreas and his team pull out all the stops to make sure everything is perfect, particularly on Christmas and New Year’s Eve: an exquisite 6-course Gala Dinner will make your holiday an unforgettable indulgence highlight! What would the Advent season be without homemade biscuits? “They taste just like at home!” And it should be the case when you relish our lovingly baked biscuits in the pre-Christmas season.

Another highlight in the winter is the weekly dessert buffet on Friday and the homemade chocolates available at the buffet. Our chef Andreas will gladly reveal one recipe or another for the perfect little biscuit …

Winter hiking in clear mountain air makes people hungry, and that’s why during the winter you have the opportunity to enjoy à la carte dishes from 12 noon – 1 pm.
